Terms and Conditions for ZETA Leadership Network Membership

Welcome to the ZETA Leadership Network, a community created by Gen-Z Emerging Technology Action (ZETA) to unite, empower, and mobilize Gen-Z leaders in technology. By joining the ZETA Leadership Network, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in our network.

1. Acceptance of Terms By applying for membership in the ZETA Leadership Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms, policies, and guidelines referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in the ZETA Leadership Network.

2. Eligibility Membership in the ZETA Leadership Network is open to individuals who:

• Identify as part of Generation Z (born between 1997 and 2012).

• Have a demonstrated interest in technology and the digital economy.

• Are committed to ZETA’s mission of uniting, empowering, and mobilizing Gen-Z in technology.

ZETA reserves the right to accept or decline membership applications at its discretion.

3. Member Conduct As a member of the ZETA Leadership Network, you agree to:

• Participate actively and respectfully in network activities, including discussions, webinars, roundtables, and events.

• Uphold the values of ZETA, including collaboration, innovation, inclusivity, and respect for diversity.

• Refrain from engaging in any behavior that is harmful, disruptive, or discriminatory toward other members, ZETA staff, or external partners.

• Follow any additional guidelines or codes of conduct established for specific network activities or events.

4. Use of ZETA Resources As a member, you will have access to various resources, tools, and opportunities provided by ZETA. You agree to use these resources responsibly and solely for the purposes intended. Unauthorized use of ZETA resources, including sharing them with non-members without permission, is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property All content, materials, and resources provided by ZETA, including but not limited to educational materials, presentations, and digital content, are the intellectual property of ZETA unless otherwise stated. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or use ZETA’s intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ZETA.

6. Confidentiality Certain information shared within the ZETA Leadership Network may be confidential, including discussions during roundtables, research findings, and strategic plans. Members agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose it to third parties without authorization.

7. Termination of Membership ZETA reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership in the ZETA Leadership Network at its discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions, misconduct, or inactivity. You may also choose to terminate your membership at any time by notifying ZETA in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability ZETA is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of your participation in the ZETA Leadership Network. To the extent permitted by law, ZETA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the network and its activities.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions ZETA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the ZETA Leadership Network after such changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States of America.
